Our services are available to private citizens as well as a wide range of agencies, institutes, corporations, groups, and all-level governments. We are committed to serving the diverse needs of our community and providing the support necessary for individuals to thrive and maintain their independence.

Consultation Call: The goal of your initial team call is to advise you of all services and develop a schedule based on your budget. Following the consultation one of our staff members will conduct a home visit.

Intake Assessment: The initial visit will be a non-medical assessment to establish client service needs and expectations. Next steps will be determined for start of care.

Service Planning: One of our registered nurses will create your service plan based on the client's needs. A staff member will be assigned to your case.

Following the start of care, service plans and agreements are updated monthly. These updates reflect any changes in the person's needs, preferences, or circumstances. Staff evaluations are also a necessity to ensure continued quality of service.
